Who runs this. Stickman Hat Game (stickmanhatgame.com) is run by Michał Wojciechowski, Moczyły 23, 72-001 Kołbaskowo, Poland. Contact: stickmanhatgame@gmail.com.
What you buy. For $1 you get one cosmetic hat for the stickman on this website. The hat is digital content. It has no function, no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold, and exists only on this website. Buying a hat also counts you as a member of that hat's faction. Factions win nothing.
One hat per person. Each person may buy one hat, ever. If we detect a second payment from the same person, email address, payment card or browser, it is refunded automatically and no second hat is given.
Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe through Link, which acts as the seller of record for the payment: it charges you, issues your receipt and handles any taxes. Your bank statement will show "LINK.COM*" followed by our name. The price shown at checkout includes any applicable tax. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery. The hat is delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed. It appears on this website in the browser you bought it from.
Changed your mind? You may cancel within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason. Email us from the address you paid with and we will refund the full amount within 14 days. Your hat is then removed. Refunded buyers cannot buy another hat.
Complaints. If something does not work, email us. We reply within 14 days. If the hat cannot be delivered or the website fails to show it, you are entitled to a refund.
The $1,000,000 hat. The $1,000,000 hat is not sold through this website. Any sale is agreed individually and in writing.
The website. We may change the website, the hats or the rules for future purchases, or close the website. If the website closes within 14 days of your purchase, you get your $1 back.
Law. These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts there.
